New Filtering and Expanded Metrics Features for CSAT Measurement

CSAT already delivers important feedback, straight to your dashboard. Now, we’ve launched valuable new features to help you get more out of your CSAT data than ever before.

Here’s what’s new:

1. Filters

You can now filter your CSAT Survey results by Reactions, Company, Resources, Boards, and Time. Add multiple filters to target specific results, and then export that filtered data table for further action.

2. Extended Metrics

CSAT now provides data on response rates, and calculates the percentages of positive, neutral, and negative reactions. This way, you can track your response rates and results over time, across all projects or for specific companies, boards, or resources.

3. Automatic Focus

Now, the metrics you see change automatically when you apply filters. If, for example, you want to see the results for one company for January and February, the response percentages will reflect those of that specific company.

4. Partner Average

We now show you the average response rate and satisfaction percentages of our entire partner base. That way, you can see where your metric stand in comparison to other companies.
