3 New Language Options for SmileBack

The bad news is, Esperanto never really took off. There’s still a whooping 6,500 languages spoken in the world today.

The good news is, SmileBack now speaks 4 of them. (Hey, it’s a start.) And your international clients will be delighted.

CSAT now Available in Different Languages

With language-specific survey snippets, you can solicit and capture feedback from your clients in either French, Spanish, or Swedish (English is still an option too, of course).

Here’s a quick overview of how to do it:

  • Login in to SmileBack.
  • Click on the Installation tab, and choose the language you want from the drop-down menu.
  • The HTML snippet for that language is generated immediately and ready for you to copy. You can also view a preview of the language-specific CSAT preview and comment page.
  • Add the correct snippet to the status message(s) sent from your service boards when a ticket is closed in ConnectWise. (Instructions on how to do this are available in our support center.)
