CSAT now Available in Different Languages
With language-specific survey snippets, you can solicit and capture feedback from your clients in either French, Spanish, or Swedish (English is still an option too, of course).
Here’s a quick overview of how to do it:
- Login in to SmileBack.
- Click on the Installation tab, and choose the language you want from the drop-down menu.
- The HTML snippet for that language is generated immediately and ready for you to copy. You can also view a preview of the language-specific CSAT preview and comment page.
- Add the correct snippet to the status message(s) sent from your service boards when a ticket is closed in ConnectWise. (Instructions on how to do this are available in our support center.)
